Notes On Nut Free Options: The only thing in this menu that contains nuts is our goatless cheese (cashew) and candied pistachios. You will receive our Acadiana soy tofu feta as well as candied sunflower seeds instead.

Notes on Gluten Free & Soy Free: These two options are paired together - the gluten based items also contain soy!

• In the first course it is naturally gluten and soy free (we are keeping miso our of this goatless cheeze).

• For the second course we are making a gluten free pasta similar to the regular one - but ingredients are certified GF chickpea flour, tapioca flour and psyllium. Everything else on the second course are soy and gluten free. The compound butter we use a soy free vegan butter. The gluten free bread roll is the Schar Brand GF Vegan Bread roll.

• For the third course we will be making a gluten free and soy free chocolate molten cake using Bobs Redmill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour Blend. The Tuille will also me made with this flour. The rest of the components are gluten and soy free.
