Our plant based butcher shop is located on 2278 Gottingen in Halifax, NS! Everything is made by hand in house and our menu will rotate bi-weekly.
We cook and serve everything out of our 500 square foot space!

Who we are
We are a couple of culinary based professionals and plant based enthusiasts cooking out of the North End of Halifax, Nova Scotia. We are creating fun, delicious plant-based meats, cheeses and take out.
Lauren Marshall is a trained chef from the Culinary Institute of Canada and Top Chef Canada alumni. While Chef Lauren focouses on the operations side of the biz she also works along side with her amazing Executive Chef Gwen and talented employees on creating delicious veggie based meats and cheeses for you to take home and enjoy!
